Secret marriage is again Invalid

When two adults out of consent want to marry that too in a different country, more than parents/relatives what they may need is couple of witnesses and some one from police would have signed as witness before Kazi 😳 and who knows that creepy inspector could have also got Nikhah proceedings recorded, then?

They had several witnesses . Other then the iddah being short of completion I don't see anything else invalidating it . Pretty much all we can argue about now is her not completing her iddah making it invalid if the Qazi if real

What if the Kazi who read their nikah was fake, how will that affect to their marriage
But honestly it is too difficult to prove all this as the wedding happened in Dubai, unless they introduce a positive character from Dubai to help them.
They purposely informed us that iddah has been completed for only 3 months and 25 days, so 15 more days remaining. But why would Kazi accept it, doesn't he knows the rules better than anyone else, or he is a fake one and just ask her for formality

The bride's father or guardian is not present so no witnesses from her side. How can strangers be witness? They might not have the best interests of the bride?

I don't think the makers will go this route. They will show husband sharing. Fight between Zara and Rukhsar. How it ends, probably Rukh dying or jailed- to return again😆

Kabeer parents are unaware...his wife is unaware...the society is unaware ... also the marriage is a forced marriage an he have rights to cancel this marriage...

You know... The Marriage in Private can be void easily... Until they have a Walima... To announce that in Public that they are Man and wife...

Even the marriages wont be consummated till they have Walima... In a sunnath way...
