Triple talaq is banned by law has nothing to do with a clause on the wedding contract. When Zara did it back then it was still disputable. The law passed and triple talaq isn't an option. Ruksaar is the daughter of the house close friend and family as kabeer called her in an interview. She isn't going anywhere specially if her sister and shahbaz have anything to do with it.
Zara has to prove the marriage is invalid but even then because she is an orphan she will still remain in the house till she finds another poor soul willing to marry her.
