Casting couch is NOT okay.

The sexual act between the two individuals may be consensual at that moment, but one needs to remember that it only came to that because of the position of power one person amongst them holds. It is a complete exploitation of a person's helplessness and want of a stable career.

Anyone watched Page 3? The film director Tara Sharma's character sleeps with to land a movie role is supposed to be Mahesh Bhatt. They even made the actor playing the movie director a look alike of Mahesh Bhatt if anyone remembers.

Suhel Seth had accused both Subhash Ghai and Mahesh Bhatt of having casting couch proclivities.
