Why can't Mauli file a case against Kunal?

If my husband is having affair with my friend, wil I wait for my friend's husband to file a case on my husband or Will I file a case?

Read about section 497 a .it allows only male to file case ON THE GUY if his wife has affair with a guy.nedd to amend the law .discussion going on even husband can't file case ON his wife.
