I have been reading topics saying Mauli should forgive Kunal and some saying Mauli should slap the 2 cheaters and walk off.

Some say they want to see Kumar with mauli, some say with Nandini. Dunno what's wrong with ppl!!

Why is nobody talking about punishment? When someone commits a crime, Do u just walk off waiting for Karma to kick him or Will u take some action?

There is something called ADULTERY. Extramarital affair is Punishable in our country.

Section 497 of the Indian PenalCode deals with Adultery. As per the Indian law, a woman cannot be punished for the offence ofadultery. Only a man who has consensual sexual intercourse with the wife of another man without his consent can be punished under this offense in India.

I want Kunal to rot in Jail for few years .

Yesterday Kunal was madly in love with Mauli, Today it's Nandini, and tomorrow it will b someone else.

I hope Nandini realises this soon coz this girl is falling madly in love with this man. I know Nandini isnt innocent, She is also responsible for breaking Mauli's trust but for me , Kunal is the worst out of the two .

Kunal is totally disgusting
He must get punished
Don't know when man gets away easily with these cheatings get very angry
N& K are at fault, but it is Kunnu pulled N in to it
She would have kept it secret her feelings , even was trying to go away
Now because of that "shameless man " she is in real trouble
It takes a life time to find one good friend now for her Mauli is gone for ever .

There is a law for this in our country? I wasn't aware of this. Can someone throw more light into this law? I do know Islamic countries having rules against adultery but I wasn't aware of India having rules like these too.

That's what I was wondering y r we even discussing that Kunal wil end up with M or N? He should be in Jail for the offence he committed according to Section 497

Yes. There is a law for Adultery in India.

Whoever has sexual intercourse with a person who is the wife of another man, without the consent or connivance of that man, is guilty of the offense of adultery, and shall be punished with imprisonment of five years, or with fine, or with both.

Kunal who is a married man had relationship with a married woman N. So he is punishable by law.

Unfortunately,This doesn't hold true for Nandini. This law is only for men. A woman can't be punished for Adultery.

So Court wil hold only Kunal as Criminal , not Nandini.

Mauli needs to file a case of Adultery on Kunal. Proof lana Lawyer ka kaam hai. It doesn't matter whether Kunan accept it or Not .
