Hephaestion was barely shown in the last episodes and not at all beside Alexander. . On his place was Cleitus. t's weird.

Waise bhi CVS mainly focussing on porus Anusuya olympias and Alexander...all other characters look really unimportant...which is really sad...main characters can't do anything if other characters are not given importance...

Yes, this is what makes the show become monotonous. Supporting characters need to have their own tracks and impact on the storyline.

Hephaestion was Alexander's childhood friend, the man who stood by literally until his last breath. 😕 He used to have a little more sceen time earlier but now it's almost nothing.

Earlier also he wasn't given much importance...it was always about olympias and Alexander from macedonian side...though lachi Bamini are given screen time their story makes no impact...so it's not about screen time but impact ...

The actress playing Hasti's mom is in another show now.

I don't think we'll ever see Kadika again, unless Anusuya dies. After Kanishk's death, Kadika just disappeared. No one focuses on her grief and how she's coping with the current situation, but I guess as you said this show doesn't give us much scope to see into the supporting characters' minds.

I don't know if you watched Begusarai but there some of the side characters got their own good tracks too.
