Flawless.. hmm, there are a few - Bandini, Company, Talaash.. and... Special 26.. I have only watched Special 26 a lot of times.. I must be forgetting some :)

Satya too, I've seen better gangster movies, but I guess the flawlessness comes from the mannerisms, the mobster slang, background score, Manoj Bajpai :)

I don't think there is any movie that is flawless.

But the number one movie on my list of best movies across all industries and languages would be "Singin In the Rain"

Where it hits the sweet spots

Great Plot (the only movie within a movie that hits it out of the park)

Tight Narrative

Ensemble Cast with great chemistry

Amazing Soundtrack

Memorable Performances

Great Dancing

Cinematography

Amazing special effects for its time

Humor (second only to Arsenic and Old Lace)
