What is the real inconsistency here?

Why is Anika considered "inconsistent" only if she does masti and farak games with Shivaay? lol that is part of original Anika's characterization...her confidence in Shivaay's feelings for her, knowing that he cares but refuses to admit is again a basic cornerstone around which their story revolves many times.

I will always find it hilarious that inconsistencies like Anika's out of the blue water phobia or her doing romantic close dances with Shivaay during a sangeet wih Nikhil are not considered "inconsistent"...but the moment she gets to be her ACTUAL fun loving self, there are issues with that?😆😆 Flowers worth 25 lakhs are the hold up here? For real? 😆😆

This whole redux is inconsistent, period...but I personally only enjoy the times I get to see REAL Anika...whether it's in her masti mode or it's in her unique brand of fieriness...otherwise there is nothing in this so called "thehrav" redux characterization for her.

I personally enjoyed the last two epis after the SUPER LAME Tuesday and Wednesday epis which were very poorly strung together for Anika's character especially...it's a relief to see her in her NATURAL self which is what SC aces.

Shivika only make sense when they get to be their real/natural selves and be together...this is what gets proven in IB over and over again...when they are apart, it is for contrived reasons and their characters behave in bizarre contrived ways...the moment either of them gets a sense of confidence in their relationship again, their world is set right again...this redux is a mess without head or tail...and I really don't even want to get into Anika's bizarre out of the blue realization of kismat in front of the mirror...what matters is the end result...she gets that she wants to be with Shivaay now.

Also, why is it being claimed that she hasn't told Shivaay directly? How much more directly can she tell him that she wants to be with him at this point? She called off her wedding with Nikhil, explained to Shivaay that kismat is pushing them together...baaki everything isn't gonna happen in one day obviously...farak games always happen with Shivika...it's their way of communicating...and I for one prefer this over mindless inane interactions which is what Shivika have mostly gotten in this redux...bas staring sessions or confused stuttering...finally they are talking, jaise bhi.

Honestly this is going over my head too. I thought people wanted her to fight for her shaadi but suddenly when she is doing that she is desperate but she wasn't when she lamely overnight was shoving the mangalsutra in his face. She wasn't inconsistent when she wanted to be his wife and when he asked her to go as his wife she said no but a day later thought he was proposing her now when only when he has backed off totally caz he doesn't want to force her again is she desperate and he is heartless. Matlab chahte kya ho. She wasn't inconsistent when she didn't wanted to be his biwo but was crying over divorce papers. Now that she got clarity she is inconsistent. I personally do not like the way the realization came to her but last 2 episodes they have striked back and came back into the zone i am familiar with and have done the damage control. Amazing how the same audience wanted farak and haq but only with a 3rd person in place a 3rd wheel kare toh jealous sso rocks but the moment anika and shivaay start playing this game she is desperate . MS/sindoor laga ke biwi #1 khele with heavy trp dialogues toh she is strong fighting for her rishta but if she goes the other way round decides to calmly handle it with so much confidence desperate and inconsistent

And if we really want to get into inconsistencies, when redux started it was claimed that this Shivaay can't dance. But suddenly he was full on dancing,even close dancing with Anika and no one blinked. Lol seems like the red color of his suit blinded many to the inconsistencies there.

That morning he signs divorce papers and by evening he's doing romantic dances, giving smug looks to Anika. Lol those don't feel inconsistent?

I'm also amazed by this...Frankly, this redux Anika is a totally lost cause and that's long been established with her many bizarre flips...kabhi MS/sindoor gyaan, kabhi dosti, kabhi Nikhil, kabhi no Nikhil...but all those still got justified by some ppl.

Now when for the FIRST time in the redux I see the confident tadi and sweetness of RU Anika in her, that is being objected to? lol

As I said above, this is an Anika who finally seems to be confident in her own feelings for Shivaay and his feelings for her...and that is why for the first time in this redux, she has a confident and content smile on her face when she interacts with Shivaay...and it brings back such a rush of warmth and flavor into this redux that is otherwise sorely missing.

Anika's dialogues yesterday made it clear what her stance is...and what HS ka stance is...that samajhne ki zaroorat bhi nahin...lol that there is a higher power/kismat keeping them together despite all the mess...in our case, the mess is thanks to poorly written characterizations in this redux and us still being connected to Shivika is our kismat prevailing :P...

Also, I don't get why Anika is being expected to understand Shivaay ka inner "dard" regarding his parents when he's barely shared anything with her...she's not a mind reader...they barely know each other in this redux...so obviously for now she will first try to get him to admit he cares...original Anika did this many times too...in fact she did it right after the divorce papers scene in the original also when she came back over the "ishaara" that she thought Shivaay gave her.

That UNDERSTANDING is everything in Shivika's relationship...whenever we get brief glimpses of it...I find it kinda sad that it's not valued enough and instead Anika is actually criticized for having that kind of understanding and faith in her relationship with Shivaay.

Tomorrow it's quite possible she will flip again...lol for the sake of story and drama...but whenever they find their way back to this faith and understanding in their relationship...that is where the magic is to me.
