I think Roop is calling his brother in law's bluff because I don't think his BIL being the character he is will come and ask for forgiveness. (He sounds like a right clone of Shamsher) If he doesn't come then that means Jigna gets to stay for good but if he does come Roop can give him a taste of his own medicine. I don't think it's feasible for Roop to go to his sister's in laws and give her husband a right royal pasting verbally or otherwise but if the BIL comes to Roop's house he can certainly teach him a lesson (with fisticuffs if needed)

Roop did not send his sister back to her wife beater husband Considering the jerk Jigna 's husband is Roop played the right card he won't come to ask forgiveness so easily because it will be against ego so Jigna can stay in her home and even if lets suppose he comes then Roop can give him a piece of his mind but Roop himself going at her sister in laws and fighting with them will create problem for Roop himself Filing domestic violence case isn't that easy for them Like Suvi has said Shamsher is a DSP and he is supporting his ABUSER son in law They need to have strong evidences for the legal case
