I think the same it could be a dream sequence bapuji's or bhide's because bhide also has doubt on jetha.

The only way they can justify this bogus track is by showing it to be a dream sequence.

1) 100 cr loan for a small time businessman?

2) Chalu pandey, inspector from state police to solve a 100 crore scam?

3) Jetha's father, son and friends are being interrogated. Why not his wife and BIL?

Apart from dream sequence, which is too predictable, there is 1 possibility. a wild thought came to my mind..

What if this is actually a well planned operation to send jetha to that senorita island to bring real criminal bhagodas back to the country.. In TMKOC, kuch bhi ho sakta hai...!
