They need strong proofs na to believe PooSh were murdered. That psycho joker Rajveer didn't even prove in the court that PooSh were murdered. Maybe the diary would have revealed something but then some of the pages are torn and missing.

Regarding the affair part or Yash trapping Pooja, I understand she is sure affair was there due to divorce papers. Then what does it prove and he was into extra marital affair. So how she will prove that he was a good character person??

Zoya re-opening the case to prove that Yash dint kill Pooja makes sense as thats a big accusation but in the process she needs to understand that not only Aroras , Siddiqis but Hoodas name vl also be tarnished in the process .. i m ok with her reopening the case but then she stand by it and face the consequences ... as of now i m more excited to know what happened with PooSh ...

The problem is makers have never shown Yash's side properly .. we still got some insights of Pooja but not Yash .. As u mentioned there are many reasons for Yash's depression and it all makes sense .. but his equation with Mahi n his mom has not been shown so i dont know what was his equation with them .. See in a way the reasons for Yash's depression makes u sympathies with him- i mean what lead him to go to Pooja - like he has too much of debts , Zoya does not understand him , Juggling between 2 houses , basically he had no one to talk to, so poor guy what would he do & so he went to Pooja .. i m in no way saying he is correct but the makers have given insights till now he seems more like a bechara ..

So If case is reopened makers better not show PooSh all inncocent n try n justify their act ..

there is so much more for us to know .. so its high time makers start giving insights to all of that ..
