The forces of pain and betrayal which are keeping Zoya and Aditya apart will bind them together with empathy. They are kind of similar in more ways than their respective spouses were to them.

Yash had always sheltered Zoya from harsh realities of his earnings and pampered her till the point it became difficult for him to deal with her deluded behavior. He was expecting more from Zoya because he had married a princess and at a point he expected her to become the queen and stand by him and even understand his unsaid words.

Somewhat similar is the case with Aditya he was child by nature and incapable of understanding the emotional needs of his wife. But, here I would say Puja didn't try harder to make him understand, instead she easily fell in love with another man and suddenly she wanted more than what Aditya could give her.Here also Puja expected more than what she had signed up for.

so in some way.. Pooja too was deluded like Zoya..

For Zoya its more of hurt than anger for her husband. For Aditya its more of anger than hurt and rightly so because before a husband she was his best friend.

have to say.. the best friend bit is a bit lame... as not much was shown.. in fact Adi/Zoya even in their squabbles express more to each other,than Pooja and Adi

Zoya didn't see the red flags of betrayal because she was deluded especially the ring thing and Aditya didn't see it because Puja started keeping secrets from him. Both were a bit childish by nature, they both were happy with whatever they had till the ugly face of reality raised its head and shattered their delusions. Zoya lost the sun (Yash )around which she was orbiting like a planet. The reason why Zoya tried to attempt suicide because she lost the purpose of living. Until Aditya found the planets for her. Her Zoash the people who depended on her and looked upto her.Aditya lost his faith on friendship, marriage and relationships. It angered him to the extent that he started his revenge on Zoya who was in no way responsible for whatever happened with him. But in no way he was never completely blinded by it, he never lost his conscience unlike Mahi
