Regarding what Ekta said, it was a response to him suggesting that he's as talented as any of the white junior artists she hires from Colaba to create Paris (in desi shows). At least, that's how I see it.

Regaring Pewdie, are you suggesting he uses words like the "n word" and says "Death to all Jews" by mistake and without realizing? He's irresponsible and his dialogue reeks of racist white supremacist ideology which he has been rightfully condemned for. However, if you wanna justify his actions, fair enough, it's your POV. For me, personally, I'm not going to justify it, I'm going to condemn it. I think it's important to know the context but this video itself was highly problematic - to cite a few examples:

COMPLETELY trivializing "racist discrimination that poor and marginalized groups face every single day in America", which is a very tangible reality, irreverently showing the map of Japan and pagoda-esque building for India (which isn't funny but rather ignorant AF), reducing criticism towards Apu and mockery of Indian accents to a shrugged "who cares, disrespectfully using the word "demarginalized" which isn't even a word, mocking Indians for their language struggles and generalizing Indians and Indian men to some pathetic comments by a few.
