Mitali is not avni, she is selfish when it comes to love ( somehow i think neil prefers it - he needs someone that will stsy with him forever) I dont think mitali will back off for the sake of mogli. Avni fully trust neil when juhi and mishti stayed with them; further avni knows and undertands well how a child suffers without a complete family. In my opinion mitali will only back off when she realizes neil still love avni and there is no way he will love her like avni even after they get married..i think currently she feels that neil will reciprocate her love once they get married - remember as avni stated neil will appreciate her love if she sincerely loves him.. cant blame mitali fully on this as neil convinces her in several occasions about moving on and starting a family..
