Remember when arjun and papa hooda were in the hospital, papa hooda somewhat tried reports to be ignored. Maybe only papa hooda saw the reports and not anyone else was able to see it.

How illogical!!

If Pooja was pregnant then her post mortem report would have revealed that.If now they show she was pregnant and report had not the physical condition in it,it will be unrealistic And SuPer Stupid Thing.

so we conclude that pooja was pregnant with adi's child but as she was treated as a friend only not a wife, so she shared it with yash for help 😆 and papa hoodie changed the post mortem reports.. cool 😆

If she was having affair which she was apparently, then I am doubtful if she was expecting Adi's child.

If it was indeed Adi's child then why she did not tell him because either way she did not have the guts to talk to Aditya about anything. So, I don't think she was planning to break the marriage,

There was some cover up done by Senior hooda, who know may be he made doc tamper the post mortem report.
