I think most of the people agree with that.. the only objection is with eve teasing and Sameer watching that sliently as he has always been shown as a person who respects woman a lot.
Also in first scene his so called friends were not only passing comments but physically touching girls.. rest I agree that in teen age boys do get into wrong company and it's realistic.

Thanks for sharing your experience.😳
Well in my case..1 year I behaved like Sameer..not smoking or drinking but deviating from my path..Breaking my own rules and picking up fight with literally everyone.I still regret misbehaving with my family members..Thanks to some angels in form of my friends and sister..I got back to track..It took me 1 year to get back to who I was..Behaving like Naina...Not topping the class but scoring good marks and thinking rationally..And in these all these I realised you have two ways to cope up with depression/separation1.Behave like Sameer.(Bunking the school)2.Behave like Naina.(Topping the class)But yes..being teenagers all these are common..All you need is someone to guide you to come out of these stupidity..

Thanks sweetylina.. totally agree in the power of friendship and good mentors to help us get back on the correct path. Am glad that you too had such angels to help you with moving in the right direction.Wrt Sameer I feel his fall will be greater as his loss was much greater too. Everyone needs a person who will merntor and believe in them. The need of approval and support from peers and people close to you can make us do strange and stupid things.Sameer has lost his Nanu, the only one he actually strive for. Additionally he has been separated from Naina who as an ideal good character could have helped check any vices before they started. Instead he is with his mother who feels supporting Sameer means being blind to his faults. The rest of the Somanis are just waiting to get rid of him anyways. To top it all he has fallen into bad company and peer pressure is making him behave worse than ever. I know we can not condone some of the actions but one cant help feeling sorry for such a young boy going through so many losses at such a tender age.Sorry for rambling on again.. I ssem to have gotten very emotionally connected to Samaina and their journey
