She is very competitive and hardworking. If Alia didn't know to act even Kjo wouldn't not have offered her more movies. Forget Karan even Mahesh bhatt wouldn't have helped her. There are many other products of nepotism in BW. Why bash Alia only. She has proven herself.

If one is not talented enough, if one's work is not appreciated by public, one cannot sustain.

I agree that Alia has gotten opportunities that many other talented girls haven't been given, but she has proven herself worthy of it and her umpteen performances are testimony to that fact.

i do enjoy his posts on alia though..many times they are funny

but it is absolutely pointless to get worked up on his posts coz they would literally be the same everytime..every year..

for him shradha and esha are better actors and i just LOL at that

he also thinks just opportunities make someone good at their work..clearly he refuses to see that some talent despite all those opportunities is also required

there are many members here who do not like alia and also feel she is not a good actor..i have no isssues with those posts coz those discussions with them are logical and to the point

but here i rest my case

you think she is awful..you think she only got successful coz of those opportunities and has 0 talent..FINE..believe that..stand by that..why are you so keen everytime to shove it down on others and make everyone have the same opinion

Ok lets clarify:

My problem with Alia stems from the fact that she does get any work based on merit but moreso because KJO "creates" movies for her. If she is so talented why doesn't she get work from other PA or Directors ? Why doesnt she explore on her own? If she's not getting offers then WAIT for them or work harder... That will be her true success. Not by getting projects manufactured by KJO. That's just sad and shows insecurity.

Yes she has improved a lot and has no competition. But I don't have any respect for artists who have made a whole career out of nepotism. Its one thing to be LAUNCHED because of nepotism which has happened with every starkid...but its a WHOLE OTHER story to have work manufactured and created for you constantly...she may PERFORM well in those manufactured projects, but that doesn't mean its okay or right... That's like saying - its okay to cheat on your exam because everyone knows you will pass because you're smart. Sorry but no.

As much as you Alu fans love her to death, be honest with yourself...I am not telling you to dislike her...but people will respect a Vidya Balan more or if you wanna talk star-kids...Ranbir Kapoor who has worked with a wide variety of people...He may have gotten launched because he's a Kapoor, but after that I personally believe that he navigated on his own and wasn't asking his people to "create" movies for him.

There is a big difference between what is happening with Alia and what happens with other star kids, and if you cant see it then I cant help you. Upar wala sab dekh raha hai though.
