Alright! Am talking about the door jammed terrace sequence.

She had her right palm bandaged and he came sprinting up to her and pulled her up with his right hand. Once she is pulled up, her hand falls off and while he tells Arjun to start the car, at that moment he picks up that hand and puts in back in his. I do not know if they let go of the hand by mistake and then improvised quietly so that no one notices 😆😆😆

If you observe that scene closely, he does not let go of that hand till he reaches the hospital even while he picked her up.

Someone was wondering if the director told Jen and Harshad to keep holding hands or they just did it themselves

I am sure the director told them but her hand fell off by mistake naturally as she is supposed to be unconscious and he improvised while talking to Arjun.

I have watched that many times by now and there is no reason why he should keep their right hands held because the natural thing would be to hold her hand with his free hand - the left one. So am sure director ka hi idea tha ki keep the right ones only. And it was really cute!
