I am not sadistic and extremist but pinky and jhanvi always can be acceptable after redemption but I think tej is beyond redemption. From cheating and sleeping with another person, to plans of killing his own son, to hell bent of destroying shivaay and all, I don't feel like tej can get a happy ending with just a sorry or a regret. Even in Kapoor sons movie, Rajat Kapoor did end up regretting the extramarital affair but didn't have a happy ending. And tej crimes are much bigger than just cheating.

Once pinky redemption is concluded properly, the next in line should be jhanvi who before any redemption or anything seriously need to grow a spine which got dissolved due to alcohol and also throw away tej devotion spectacles.

You are right in Tej's case, he is beyond redemption but I feel like the there will be some lame attempt to try and redeem him and make his crimes less serious. 🤔

Jhanvi does need have a backbone before anything happens and she need stop sprouting "Tej did this & that for you etc but I doubt that will happen.

Yes..the on off whitewash blackwash tej character without any consistency is just there and used depending on the track.a grey shade is one of the most overused and wrongly placed term and should not be attributed to any negative character. Tej for me is not a grey shade character but a negative black characterr. A character like pinky, Om thief girlfriend, ACP to an extent (prinku husband, though he disappeared now)or Tia falls into grey shade category. Tej even when whitewashed didn't look like that that he love his family..not now not 25 years back when he was soft to the idea of burning people for insurance money and not vehemently opposing it like Shakti
