and already has some big budget movies
lined up over the course of next two years.
Soon after Race 3, the actor is expected to
begin shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat,
then Dabangg 3 and Kick 2.
Sajid Nadiadwala who made his debut as
the director with Kick in a conversation with
a leading daily revealed that he is currently
writing the script and is planning something
really huge for Kick 2.
On Salman's reaction to the sequel, Sajid
said, "His reactions always come later.
Initially, he gives his nod and hears the
script after a month. Then after two months,
he will react. Salman becomes a co-writer
whenever he comes to the sets. For him, it's
the chemistry between the director,
producer and him that works the most. We
always planned to make the movie. I'll need
about a year to finish writing it."
Refuting rumours of Salman to play a double
role in the movie, Sajid added, "That's not
true. I can't reveal much, all I can say is that
it's something different. The scale on which
we are mounting Kick 2 is huge. Anybody
who works with Salman has a great
responsibility of making sure they match up
to his fans' expectations.
Even as Kick 2 is yet to go on floors, Sajid
hints that he might even come up with the
third instalment to Kick. He said, "I was
nervous while directing Kick because it was
my first film. If everything falls into place for
the second part, then there's definitely a
chance of Kick 3. If we can successfully tell
Devil's story again, then this franchise is
here to stay"
Meanwhile, Salman has been shooting for
high octane action sequences in Abu Dhabi
for Race 3, which also stars Anil Kapoor,
Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Saqib
Saleem and Daisy Shah. The movie releases
this Eid.
