I despise the Karni Sena, but I also absolutely despise Thackeray and the MNS. I don't know how to feel at the moment.

Goons have to help goons. There can't be in-fights.

Also, it is easy to do vandalism (coming out of nowhere). Difficult to give protection (at all places, as one cannot anticipate).

It also shows the helplessness of police over such attacks. Really one cannot provide security at every street. Only way to deter attack is, punishment of the previous culprits. This would create fear among miscreants. Wish human rights could be relaxed, when police are dealing with violent rioters.
