Diya entered the ICU, holding the letter.

Unki halat bohut nazook hai abhi bhi

Ratan was breathing heavily, she could understand that he was going through lot of pain and she could feel every bit of it. Diya sat beside him and caressed his hair. Every time he inhaled her heart skipped a bit. She had protected him for years, for all these years she was so busy caring for Ratan that she forgot what being cared by someone meant. She took out the letter and unfolded it...

Diya,
ek baat bole apse? Apke jaisi headstrong insaan apne zindagi mein maine kabhi nahi dekhi. Apne jis nishta se apna vachan nibhaya koi aur nahi nibha pata aise.. shayad isiliye babasa ne ap ko chuna humare liye. Apki nishta,soch,bahaduri hum nein bohut dekhi lekin hum dang reh geye apki teyag ko dekh ke. Apne nahi apne zindagi ke 12 saal gava diya huma rein liye balke apne rishte,kushiya...pyar sab kho diya.Waqt a geya tha Diya apko apka sab kuch lauta ne ka. Apko jante hain hum, jante hain ki baton se kabhi ap nahi manti isiliye hum mein apko kuch karvi batein bolni pari. Hum apse maafi nahi mangenge kyun hum nein ap ko jo kaha woh shabd maafi ki kabil nahi hain likin hum apse ek binti karenge. Sunengi na humari baat? Diya apne zindagi ji lijiye...duniya ghumiye,azaad ho jai ye taaki koi apko pakar na pai. Ap hum mare liye kya mainei(importance) rakhti hai yeh hum shayad kabhi apko bata nahi payenge bas itna jaan lijiye Babasa aur Maasa ki baad agar hum mare liye koi important hai toh woh ap hai. Isiliye apki khushiyan bhi humare liye bohut important. Ap khush rahenge toh hum khush rahengei, hum jiyenge.


Apke Dattahukum.


She kept the letter aside and touched his face and touched his forehead with hers

Ap ne kaha ki ap hum ko jante hai...nahi datahukum ap hum mein nahi jante hai. Agar jante to ap samajh paate ki humare sab kuch yaha hai...

Saying that she slide her hand to his chest and placed it on his heart feeling the heartbeat.

She sat there all night placing her head beside his and her hand on his chest. As the sun rose Ratan made a slight movement which woke her up.

She got up and looked at his pale face. Slowly he was opening his eyes but seeing her he widened his eyes and clutched her hand. She held his hand tightly with both her hands

'Hum thik hai dattahukum, apne apni pehredaari bohut achen se nibhayi hain''

He closed his eyes and tear rolled down from the corner of his eyes.

'Apke aankhon mein ansoon kyun hai Diya bai sa? Dattahukum toh ab thik hai'' asked Yash
She smiled and looked at Ratan sleeping peacefully on his bed
'Dattahukum ki ek khawaish thi ki hum main humara saab kuch wapas mil jai..aj unki woh khawaish puri huyi isiliye ankh bhaar ayi''
Yash was puzzled but Diya walked to the room and sat beside him with the sword in her hand.

'Sabko keh dijiye Yash banna ki Dattahukum ki pehredaarni kahi nahi ja rahi hai''.

Anyway coming to the update, I really loved Ratan's letter

It conveyed everything it had to, without confessing directly

And best thing was Diya understood everything 😳

It was great

You haven't checked my DiRa SS yet I guess, I would like to know your opinion on it... If you get time you can check it
