So now why does she have a problem if Rahi and Mahi's loyalties are towards their sasural and not their so-called maayka (where they anyway had second-class status). Is she disappointed that she was training them to be unpaid maids for her Shah masters, the way she has been, and all her efforts went to naught?

AnupaMaid chose Jhuli over her own well-meaning mother every time. Jaahil Jhuli never failed to taunt and abuse both her and her mother on every occasion, and she was completely fine with the disrespect. Now it shouldn't be a surprise if Mahi and Rahi also are loyal towards Kameeni Khyati (who's a miniature version of Jaahil Jungly Jhuli) and prefer to be doormats who only kowtow for their saas and care two hoots for their so-called Maa.

She absolutely deserves it and should instead focus on brainwashing Prarthana to be the next bahu-slave, believe that Bade are Bhagwaan and always correct, and sing paens in the praise of Baa Bhagwaan, the way she did to Crinjal Chor and Flipper Dumpy ages ago.
