Hahaha...Yup white, black , grey this man is the most interesting part of this show and I am in awe of his character! Rooting for me till the very last epi !

I would rather vouch for the negative part because there are some not real good evidence but some incidents occuring in sequential manner which suggest the same-
1.He started getting this headaches after he came to know about Kabir and Aanchal's relationship. Not before he fell in love with Aanchal neither when he was falling in love with Aanchal. Even Aanchal's mistrust in him didn't give him this headaches.
2. His today's dialogue regarding love and sacrifice.He was actually endorsing not giving up over sacrifice.Which makes me think how easily he gave up his love, without even trying hard at his level."Maybe he gave up his love because he loves his brother much more than he ever loved Aanchal." But I don't think so. There is no substantial evidence to support this theory. Rather there are proofs against it. Initially he dragged Kabir out of there residence in Mouracius for Aanchal. He faked about going to opera to spend some alone time with Aanchal. Now suddenly after he realised that Aanchal loves Kabir he had been thoroughly supporting their relationship, rather making Sarika Raichand agree to their marriage. Doe sn't that seem too good to be true. Any normal man would at least take some time(means days) away from his brother and family to get over such heart break and make peace with the fact that the woman he loves would be in the same house, in front of his eyes yet far beyond his reach.

That is why it is quite likely that he faked his illness.

Ranvir is definitely not a saint who will give up his love so easily...he is a smart guy and definitely someone who sets the game and wins it before it even begins

What ever characters may turn out in future, but Sarika knows pretty well who has killed Gaurav and that's NOT Ranvir..and Sarika's heartbreak listening to doctor talk about Ranvir's terminal illness didn't look artificial as well..

I'd like to play devil's advocate here! Just because tgey haven't shown him having headaches doesn't mean he hasn't had them. So for me, the matter is unclear. It seems they didn't just rely on a doctor's diagnosis. There were scans etc, that showed the tumour. (I'm taking this by the calls they were making afterwards). Of course, they might not have physically showed the scans to the parents, so...
It's possible that the tumour was giving headaches but not very painful ones, just often, which he put down to stress. As they worsened, it might have affected his personality as well. Ie melancholic, introverted ei, who knows???

Truth is, we know too little of Ranvir to let us make firm calls either way. So for me, all i'd say is, if it's a dastardly plan, it seems to be working...

He wanted to spend sometime with woman he was falling for away from his annoying, bratty brother. That is normal when you have siblings.

It is very hard to believe it...this kundali dosh and then his illness doesn't look like a coincidence

Fine Ranvir wanted to spend some time alone with Aanchal but why did he have to lie, cheat or hide.He could have easily told his brother that he has fallen in love with Aanchal, Then I'm sure Kabir would have backed up from the drama of love that he was playing initially with Aanchal. Okay fine I agree maybe he is too introvert to Share his emotions or feelings about Aanchal even with his brother. But more than that what surprised me is how easily he accepted their relationship.Okay still fine he accepted, but how easily he made peace with it to thoroughly stand by them and support their relationship is what rattled me to the core.

Hey people

So, yup the theories have been proven right 😉

1. Ranvir did kill Gaurav

2. He did bribed the pandit

3. Faked his illness to marry Aanchal

4. AanVir will get married

Now I hope story will be not so cliche where he will after wedding will try to create misunderstandings between AanBir, They will not trust each other, Aanchal will develop a soft corner for him , Kabir's junoon to get Aanchal will be out , after finding out his truth she will get back with Kabir and both will fight against him and he will die

Story does seem pretty straight forward and giving Beyhadh vibes...I really hope there is more to the story than this...It will be pretty predictable, cliche and straight forward
