I was reading this juicy article details of salman-aish affair. Aish denies he beaten up and said it is not true.

but many juicy details of how soma ali was with him and they broken up because sallu started seeing aish.

Aish-Sallu was great pair and sallu's true love

@Bold: That is utterly false. She has categorically stated in her public statement that she was abused by him. Her father even complained to the cops. Even a few years later, while talking about the role she portrayed in Provoked, she said she could relate to the character because she was a domestic abuse survivor herself.

Just because she has not stated it over and over again does not mean she should not get the credit for it.

This thread is not about this but I saw a couple of comments, so I cannot resist posting.

I never get this about Vivek.

When Ash started dating him she was ten times the star Vivek was. He was by no means 'powerful' in terms of stardom or his family background. How on earth was she going to use him? By his own admission, Vivek said she didn't want him to give that press conference against Salman.

Vivek was simply an attention seeker, he would go off giving PCs against Salman, or express in interviews that he wants to marry Ash (when she was a fiercely reserved person and would never talk about her relationships, be it with Salman, Vivek or Abhishek). He had also announced adopting Tsunami hit villages in Tamil Nadu, but later again it proved to be a publicity stunt when the Chief Minister of the state Jayalalithaa came out and declared that he did not do anything. This is what she said: "He (Vivek) has done little but derived a lot of publicity." Jayalalithaa alleged that Oberoi did all the work using the money from the donors and didn't spend any from his own pocket. Publicly apologizing to Salman again and again. Going on national TV and badmouthing Ash, and later retracting his statement. And that Heath Ledger comment. The list is endless.

He just wants publicity and attention. Oh, and he is no great lover. He dumped his fiancee Gurpreet the moment he knew he had a chance with Ash. So please save this sympathy for Vivek for something more deserving.

Because she doesn't want to be known for it. People refuse to see her as a victim simply because she has moved on and been successful at doing that. She got married and seems to be in a loving relationship with her husband.

Some people do not wish to dwell on unpleasant things from the past and that's completely fine. Being abused, either mentally or physically, or both in this case, is not an easy thing to talk about. If she doesn't want to talk about it, no one can fault her for that. Also, Salman has clout in the industry and outside of it. Why would she willingly want to get into the muddy waters with him, when she has a happy family she can be with.

Lastly, people have a tendency to think that if a person is successful after being in an abusive relationship, it makes everything alright - which is not right at all.

It's because disgusting men like Salman always get spared for their crimes and misdeeds 😵

The world will never stop defending such men and instead make them look like saints and take them as an inspiration. Words cannot be suppressed with violence but even if Aishwaria would fight her case, she would loose it. When a man who lost his legs and the one who died couldn't get justice, the animal who was killed couldn't get justice, what difference would a physical abuse case do to this man? Nothing except that he would get even more publicity.

I don't think anyone knows what actually happened. Did he physically abuse her? How do we know for sure it's true?

I'm not victim blaming but 2 major things make me doubt the validity of the story:

1.) Other exes have denied claims of physical abuse and remain on good terms with him.

2.) If Salman beat up Aishwarya, then no way in hell would Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan be so courteous towards him. I just can't believe anyone would be so nice to their wife's former abuser.

The truth is none of us know what really happened.

Is he crappy boyfriend? I think so - there's enough evidence of that. He's cheated in almost every girlfriend by his own admission. I just don't see the same evidence of physical abuse. All rumours have been refuted by his other exes.
