I agree that Zayed is not the main Hero, and I dont think he is the main villain either. I dont think this story really has a villain. Zayed said that Ranveer is the sort of character that has many grey shades and in life that is real. He also said with maturity he prefers to play a role like this as it has scope. He also said Ranveer is the sort of guy who is not stuck between "Good" and "Evil", but has to choose which of the "Evils" he has to chose from! This was said by Zayed himself. So I think it indicated that Ranveer is not the positive good guy at all. He will be the one making the tough choices and the cold calculated decisions in the story. Much more than Kabir or Anchal who are play school kids compared to him.

Yes Vatsal and Nikita are better known on TV and yes Vatsal as far as TV is concerned is a bigger star. But Zayed is well known too. However, he is not the USP of the show as some claim. He is one of the draw cards. Nikita got a lot of exposure from EDKV and she and Namik both made a name for themselves. It helped them to get two comeback shows on the same channel where they get to play different characters and not your run of the mill characters. So they both did well.

Vatsal said in an interview that Sid P offered him this role saying it's time to "Break free" from his bad boy image. I think people who dont know the plot, didnt see the interviews will assume he is the Bad guy in this story and frankly so did I before I saw the interviews. But I can see there is more going on here now. The makers are throwing a curve ball at us. They are setting up Kabir as the "Cad" and Ranveer as "Darmatma" but soon we will see it's not that simple and Ranveer has a lot to hide and Kabir has a lot to lose!

The fact is Vatsal had a failed Bollywood career as well and then he shifted to serials...he has done 2 shows out of which 1 was a hit while other was a big flop

Secondly even Nikita has done 2 shows out which in one she was sidelined while other one was a hit

So, in my opinion all 3 are equally important in this show and to compare one actor with others in terms of hits and flops is a little harsh that too one is not checking the facts.

Also as I have said earlier that all 3 are USP of this show and this show has been hugely promoted as Zayed's comeback show is a fact.

Zayed himself said that he is playing a grey character while Vatsal claimed that he is positive while Nikita said that all 3 are grey.

So, all 3 are equally important
