You are right Monica,Deboshish is not the main culprit.When Anandita had gone to the police station for the first time after finding the file about Pihu's death being a murder,Deboshish was shown to be there.He was shown to sing 'Gumnam hai koi,Badnam hai koi ...'song. Which means that though she was suspecting him at that time the real culprit was someone else.
Deboshish may be in cahoots with the real murderer or he atleast knows who the actual murderer is.
