I think this is the Promo like we always get which is basically misleading and is just to create suspense . They are intentionally showing Aarav in Suspect list and trying to show him Culprit so that when later on Someone else will be out as murderer ..it will be ssurprising for all . That is why they gave Aarav Dialogue like that . They dd same in previous mirror waala promo where Aaarav is confessing about killing Pihu . But In actual Episode We all know why Aarav said that

@moni... There something wanted to do... But that did not happens and that's leading Aarav as Suspect... Which will reveal in future track...

To increase more suspense they adding Aarav more and more...

It is only if they continue to show Aarav as a suspect that the thrill and suspense can be maintained. His being suspect will maintain the curiosity of Aarav-Suchi uniting and Pihu's re-birth.

Yes,showing Subodh/anyone else as the culprit would end the curiosity and suspense around the show totally.As that would obviously mean Aarav-Such's union and Pihu's re-birth as their child and them always being together.

Hope to get Aarav-Pihu's relationship.Anandita meeting Pihu needs some time... the culprits need to be brought to justice before that.
Maybe Aarav will need Pihu's help in convincing Suchi about his innocence.
