never thought of about it. I am Bengali so it never crossed my mind that this is not how it is usually pronounced in hindi. Interesting that her family uses A instead of O.

Its quite ironical

But as they say, when we get use to something, uniqueness of its source stop surprising us anymore.

Same is the case here with her name's pronunciation.
