Irawati's case is going on.others reach the court.press ask them but only prof thakkar replies to them saying irawati is innocent.

Saamr tells the court that he'll prove tht sunita aiyar hs killed rupali wth the help of rakesh.the prosecution lawyer then start asking irawati abt sunita.she tells them tht she came to knw abt her name from samar.samar then tells tht he has a witness who is a bit late.he can tell abt sunita aiyar.they shw kaali driving the jeep fast wth someone in the jeep.finally the court tks lunch break.

Shinde tells the prosecution lawyer tht there is something wth this sunita aiyar.he then tells tht he gt a slip wth her name with rupali.also raju hd told the same in the police station.jst then bhushan cmes and informs shinde tht there is a lawyer named dilip verma.bt shinde tells bhushan tht maybe the two dilip verma may nt be the same.jst then samar comes and mks a bet wth shinde tht he'll nt gt anything against him.shinde tells bhushan to gt the picture of dilip verma.karan comes to samar and ask hm where's his witness. Samar says he'll gt him.

Samar drives off to raju's place.there he learns abt kaali's visit and culd make out wht has happened.samar reaches the court and is abt to ask for time when raju enters the court.samar asks him abt sunita aiyar.he shuffles for sometime and then says he don't knw any sunita aiyar.samar is shocked.he starts shouting asking hm how he hd told him abt sunita when the prosecution lawyer tells the judge tht samar is trying to make raju tell lie.judge then asks raju nt to be afraid and tell the truth.raju repeats the same.samar sits down.when raju is going out he mks a signal to look bck and samar find kaali leaving behind raju.samar culd mk out what happened.

Samar asks for some more time to put another witness.judge agree to gv him time till 11 am next day.samar is standing outside the court and irawati cmes wth policewomen.irawati ask hm what witness is he going to bring.samar keeps quiet.she leaves.karan then starts asking hm abt the witness whn shinde cmes and taunts samar tht he does nt hv any witness.and tomorrow when we gt the picture of real dilip verma he'll be behind bars too.karan asks samar again wht witness.
