The second blind about the showman is probably Subhash Ghai although could be Raj Kapoor too. Both have used showman title though the condescension she uses the word makes me think it's Ghai. The next blind about the office is probably one of the Kapoors.

Sometimes I forget how old Shobha De is and abuse her for being such a wanna be. She has maintained herself well, she looks the same like she did when I was a child. Now that someone mentioned she is a decade older than the matronly Neetu that it struck me that she must be in her 70s. She still looks late 40s-50s.
