What's your stance on feminism?

"i believe in gender equality,so i feel like it's lopsided being on either side of the coin,you know?by being a meninist or a feminist,you're essentially already submitting and subscribing to the fact that there is an imbalance.Why won't we just accept the equal status goal and move on?"

he said he believes in 'gender equality', he may not understand wat feminism truly means, and tbh alot of people dont really know wat feminism actually is, including alot of women and actresses in the industry, but ranveers intention was in the rite place, he believes in gender equality and that shud be the goal

i guess he doesn't want to put labels on it, just simply call it gender equality

I concur.

So tired of this whole feminist put on BS. Especially because of people like Kangana who give feminists all over a bad name.

Being a Feminist is all about equality not trying to be better than men.It is not about contest or winning.

thats precisely why ranveer is just calling it gender equality, some people hav misused the word feminism like kangna, and it creates a misconception in peoples minds about wat it actually is

i guess rs was being more safe and saying he believes in gender equality, rather than saying he is a feminist if he doesn't truly know wat that means

While Ranveer's thoughts are ideal, but problem is women are still not actually getting equal rights, so they cannot move on until we reach a point where there is n9 gender discrimination. Which looks impossible currently.
