Hey!

What do you guys think of BW actors foraying into Tellywood?

It all started with Sonali Bendre in Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh. Now there are many BW actors on TVs in unconventional shows like Sanjay Kapoor in Dil Sambhal Ja Zara, Zayed Khan in Haasil etc.

Are the lines between TV and BW blurring or is this just a short lived trend?

Why do you think BW actors have now become more open to starring on TV?

It's not something new, there were many small screen popular actors actresses that worked on flop and B-grade movies few years ago like Shilpa Anand, Rashmi Desea, Guatam Rode and few other actors but their movies never saw the day of the light which is why most people doesn't know about their movies. There are even some Telly actors that now shifted to BW to do C- grade erotic movies after becoming superstar of TV.

There is also one actor who keeps on moving to-and-fro.

First television to Bollywood.

Then again back to television.

And then again returning back to Bollywood.

He is like dhobi ka kutta, na ghar ka na ghat ka...and his name is Barun Sobti😆

Why should only sobti be called out on this as there is one more who does the same 😆 aka Karan Singh Grover.
