May be they are not that interested in having a career in Bollywood. Why only Kashmir, there are so many states in Indian from where you hardly find any bollywood actors/actress.

Forget about entertainment industry . I had huge crush on 2015 IAS Topper amir who was from Kashmir .TV interview mein dekhte hi I was like man beauty with brains🤪😆

But he is now fiance of 1rank IAS Topper Tina . This news broke my heart.

Most beautiful you say? Hmm, well that is your opinion and I will let you have it. Anyway, what is the need for Kashmiri or Pathan actresses when there are plenty from any region that can do the same job? Maybe you don't know this, but skin color doesn't make a person beautiful, nor does it make them a good actress. I agree though, so many indians are obsessed with fair skin. 🤢
