But, when they both are minors then it becomes tricky (if force was used) because then POCSO Act comes into picture. And, how will one prove whether it was the girl who initiated or the guy as both are minors.

Teens will have sex anyway no matter if your forbid. This is why more sex education and more contraception access is needed to avoid situations of kids having kids. There needs to more dialogs on sex and people need to have more discussion on it.

I rather see a 15-year-old on birth control than see her having a kid.
