^ what you are not getting is, it is illegal to get kids married as per the law but that law doesn't apply to Muslims. As simple as that.

I know just making a law is not sufficient but, at least making a law is a start of a reformation. When there is no law to begin with, then how can a reformation be done?

Section 125 of the Civil Procedure Code talks about Maintenance of Wife, kids and parents. But, it was until recently that Muslim Women were also given a right to seek relief under the said section. The Muslim community straight away rejected the said provision of the CPC claiming it yo be an issue of their Personal law and after a lot of hue and cry, the SC just rejected the contention set forth by the community. Why do you think we do not have a uniform civil code? This is the very reason.

So so sorry for your loss. When doctors are not good, it's the worst thing cos proper healthcare is a right of every citizen.

I don't think anyone can give consent below the age of 18. They are legit just kids, very innocent and inexperienced with minds that can't fathom serious things like having sex.

Yes, last year i wrote a paper on Medical Tourism and it really surprised me when i saw the figures of Foreign arrivals and the revenue thus made. It is a billion dollar buisness.

I am writing a paper on Maternal Health right now and i paid a visit to a public Hospital and i got the shock of my life to see women in labor (some whose water had brokem as well) sitting on chairs for hours as the hospital had no beds vacant (there was a notice about the same) and these women were sharing their beds with at least four other women.
