PART 21
All operation related equipment got shifted to Ishita's cabin and soon abhi and all her friends start operating ishita.
Raman was sitting outside not able to see her in pool of blood, he was just a lost soul sitting and thinking about the few days he spent with her. How his heart felt seeing her for the first time. How he was attracted towards her from the very first time, how her sweet voice, her unique style of talking and her caring nature has touched him. He was always impressed by her but it took him so long to realise his feelings for her. And now when he realised her importance, she was going away from him. He closed his eyes and all he could hear her voice saying, hum aapke liye jaan bhi de sakte hai ,and then getting shot to protect him.
He opened his eyes in jiffy and shouted -ishita.
Mihir came to him running and said -bhai, what happened .
Raman hugged mihir tight and said -mihir, please save her. I don't want to loose her. I know I took so long to realise my feelings, usne mujhe hamesha pyaar kiya and I always insulted her feelings. U know I married her just to save ruhi aur jab Ruhi mil gayi I acted so selfishly, I throw her out of my life. But usne tab bhi mujhse pyaar karna nahi choda. When I went to manofy her, woh jatt se maan gayi. U know she didn't took a second to become ruhi's mother, she did everything for her and for me too. And see today she is inside fighting for her life. Mujhe chod kar jaana chahti hai woh but I will not let her go. Aise thodi naa hota hai ki she can anytime come into my life aur jab uska mann kare ,woh chali jaaye. No I will not let her go. Woh hamesha mere saath rahegi, mere aur Ruhi ke saath. I will not let her go. He was saying crying bitterly while mihir wasn't understanding how to control him.
Mihir hugged him tight not able to see him crying and said -why u r saying this bhai, bhabhi ko kuch nahi hoga aur woh Kahin nahi jayengi. We will not let her go, u don't worry. They r operating bhabhi, aur Maine kuch doctors ko bhi bulwa liya hai. They will reach here soon.
Raman looked at him trying to observe his words when they heard someone crying bitterly. Both turned to the direction and saw a maid was standing with ruhi, who was crying bitterly. Her eyes were red and puffy while her hair was in complete mess, her kajal was smudged and she was crying bitterly continously.
Both got up and ran to Ruhi.
Maid -we tried alot to make her sleep but she is getting up again and again, crying bitterly for ishita didi. Hume kuch samajh nahi aata toh yahan le aaye.
Raman -achcha kiya, he said and took Ruhi in his arms. He hugged her to the heart content and start consoling her but she was just go on crying without hearing anything.
Mihir -i think she needs her mother.
Raman nodded and said -i know but from where I get her mother, ishita ke under operation.
Mihir -make her see bhabhi, she will be silent.
Raman nodded and decided to go inside but his hands were shivering to open the door as he don't want to see ishita in that condition. But hearing ruhi's continuous cries, he finally opened the door and went inside.
Mihika saw him and said -jeeju, the operation is successful, we took out the bullet, just bandaging her wound. Don't worry she is out of control now. She said smiling making Raman sighed in relief.
Raman -woh actually, Ruhi bahut ro rahi hai. Can I get her see ishita once.
Mihika -haan Haan aaiye naa. She said and move aside and ruman saw her face. Ruhi stop crying seeing ishita's face while Raman to finally felt at peace seeing ishita fine.
He moved closer while Ruhi start jumping out of his arms to go to ishita. Raman hold her tight and said -no betu, mumma ko chot lagi hai.
Ruhi look at him like trying to understand his words and next moment start crying and beating him for not letting her go to her mother. She was pushing raman away from herself and trying to go close to ishita but he hugged her tight and said -dont worry bachcha,soon ur mumma will be fine. And then u can go to her. He was saying when mihika came after washing her hand and said -give her to me, I will make her meet her mumma.
Raman nodded and gave Ruhi toh mihika. Mihika took Ruhi close to ishita's face and Ruhi start caressing ishita's face, she tried to open Ishita's eyes like telling her to see her but then start crying seeing ishita nor reacting to her. She start beating Ishita's face in anger crying bitterly making everyone's eyes moist seeing a daughter's love for her mother.
Mihika took Ruhi away from ishita and said giving her to raman-aap please Ruhi ko baahar le jaiye, soon the operation will be over. Then we will take her home, baaki ko saari treatment wahin par hogi, then Ruhi can be with her.
Raman nodded and took Ruhi outside. She was crying continuously and finally she slept out of exhaustion. Raman hugged ruhi tight and both sat on the bench waiting for the operation to get over.
After sometime, all came out and abhi said -the operation is successful, now she is out of danger.
Raman hugged abhi tight and thanked him crying, while he just consoled Raman.
After sometime, a group of doctors came and checked ishita. They were very impressed by the young doctors to treat ishita in such a bad condition with no proper light and OT. All got happy hearing the praise while Raman thanked them too.
Soon ,ishita was taken to the ambulance and then to the haveli. The required equipments to monitor ishita was also taken to haveli with all the measures to take care of ishita.
Ishita reached home in the ambulance with her friends while ruman and mihir in the car .all reached home and saw many people were sitting there. All were waiting for some news of ishita.
People got up seeing the ambulance and start looking for ishita. Soon ishita was taken out when all start checking her,people start pushing each other trying to see her, touch her.
Abhi -listej everyone, she is out of danger but not fully fine. She needs ample rest to be OK. Please let us take her inside.
Everyone gave them way and finally ishita was taken inside. She was taken to her room, all equipments got attached to her body and they make her lay on the bed. Raman made Ruhi sleep next to her.
All smiled and abhi said -now let them rest. Aaj bahut badi ladai ladi hai dono ne. Infact Raman sir, u too should rest.
Raman -no I am good, tum log rest Karo and a very big thanks for the help. I really don't know kya ho jaata agar tum log nahi hote.
Abhi -please don't say like this we r doctors so its our responsibility. Aur kyunki ishu hamari friend hai toh responsibility double ho jaati hai.
Raman smiled and said -ok, ab tum log rest Karo.
Abhi-abhi rest Kahan, we have to monitor her.
Raman -toh tum log sooge nahi.
Abhi -will sleep but in shifts.
Raman -ok, then u all stay with her. I just go and check baba saheb, don't know where he is.
Mihika -arey haan, uncle Kahan hai. I think we should go and find him.
Raman -no worry, I am going to him. He may need me. He said and went out of the room to search baba saheb.
Raman came out and start finding baba saheb, he searched the whole house but couldn't find him, so he asked a man standing at the corridor with gun about baba saheb.he told raman that he is interrogating the shooter since the time ishita is being shot. He signalled to a door and told Raman that he is inside.
Raman went inside and saw baba saheb standing in a corner and threatening the shooter.
Baba saheb -dekh hamari beti aa gayi hai but I am not going to meet him. Because I want to punish her culprit before going to see her, bata hume kisne bheja tha tumhe, warna hum teri jaan le lenge. Nahi jaan nahi lenge balki maut de bhi badtar saza denge hum tujhe. Bol kisne kehne par tune goli chalayi hamari beti par. Kaun aa gaya yahan Jisme itna jigar hai ki woh hamari bachchi par goli chalwa raha hai. Jis bachchi par aaj tak humne awaaz nahi uthayi, tune uss par bandook utha li. Bol kisne bheja hai tujhe, he said and punched him again.
Raman was going to him when baba saheb again punched the man hard and said -jis par aaj tak humne apni awaaz nahi uthayi, uss par tune bandook utha li. How dare u try to harm my daughter, bol himmat kaise hui teri meri bachchi ko chot pahunchane ki. Bol kisne bheja tha tujhe,bol warna jaan le lunga. He roared in anger. His eyes were red in anger making the man shiver.
Man who was already scared started crying hearing his demon and said -it wasn't my fault, mujhe toh Raman bhalla ko maarne ke paise mile the and I was shooting him, aapki beti toh khud aa gayi thi beech mein. That bullet wasn't for her. He said making baba saheb and Raman shocked.
Baba saheb -raman ke liye thi, kya Matlab hai Iska. Who want to kill him.batao mujhe kaun maarna chahta hai hamare damad ko.
Man was just looking down when he roared again -bolo kaun maarna chahta hai. He said only to hear, she was a lady in mid twenties, jail mein hai. She called my boss and told us to kill raman bhalla. I came here to kill him, was searching chance to kill him. Aaj socha ki usse bheed mein maar doon but ur daughter came in between. I don't know her name who want to kill raman bhalla. he said making both the man understand who is behind the attack.
Baba saheb -but I know, Shagun. Tumne achcha nahi kiya, baba saheb ki beti ko chot pahunchayi, now u will not be spared. he said to himself and then turned to his men and said -now it's 11.30 in night, I want Shagun here before 11.30 in the morning. I don't know how u guys r going to do this but I want that bloody bitch here, and then I will make her realise ki meri beti par goli chalwa kar usne kitni badi galti ki hai. He roared in anger while his men went out of the room.baba saheb turned to go when his eyes fell on raman who was standing all shocked. He was thinking from long that who could be behind him, was the bullet really for him. But now he was confirmed that the bullet was for him which ishita took on herself saving him and he start feeling guilty for it.
Raman turned and went out, baba saheb tried to stop him but he didn't listen anything, just went out.
