Vikram Singh do you know one thing, the heart beat never shows straight line in your life time. It becomes a straight line when you are dead.
So if you dont change rules according to the times, then your family will cease to exist. To sustain life, to have new generations in the bloodline change has to happen. This is the basic rule of the nature. People dont do it, face extinction. Both in bloodline as well as their thoughts.

That's why it is said dont chant Hiranayaya Namah, chant Narayanaya Namah, because he is the change, follow his direction to have a good life.

Gayatri had mostly supported you in all your decisions, she might have had dissent but still she had supported. She didnt like Satrupa handling Royal Steel. But she didnt tell for that she will break all relations irrespective of her murmur of dissent.

What did you tell, if she does something on your behalf you will break all relations. So the freedom of expression for woman of LM is decided by what you want and what you dont want. If Gayatri behaves like a wife well and good, if Satrupa behaves like a bahu well and good. But if both these ladies behave as woman not acceptable.

Change will happen Vikramji. Rules of LM will change. Anami took the key from Satrupa it is a very strong indication of change of power. Daughter of the house has taken the keys after 7 generations. And she started the change. Asking Narotham to sit in the table. Isnt it true Vikram that Narotham should be seated in the table. Because if Anami's DNA matches with Baldev, Narotham's DNA also watch with Baldev. He is Baldev's son, Anami's brother. And I felt Satrupa fidgeting. She is so confident Anami will play only the game she will allow her to play. No yes she will play that, but she is not a puppet, she will make her own decisions challenging the hypocrisy of the place.

But the problem is Narotham. The place Anami is extending to him, will he value it. Or he will burn the hand that poured water in his soul. And it will also be a learning for Anami.

Adhiraj pagal ho gaya hai. He is lost in the paheli of Lal Mahal he has forgotten he is a CBI officer investigating Vatsalya murder case. He forgot the basic lessons all the investigation officers are taught. Dont take anything at face value, dont reject anything at face value. Analyze all information before making conclusions or decisions.

His anger is a mask, mask of a deep pain somewhere inside. His heart has a bleeding wound which is still raw and even a small spark ignites it. LM and its people are bad for him. Nothing can be true in LM for him. What a mess. No wonder if the pain has happened at childhood it is difficult to close it as the child who has not seen the world make their own deductions of the incident leading to self destruction and destruction of others.
Something has to jolt this man out to do his job and wallow in pity for LM or its princess.

@Shruti I don't think that Narottam is intrested in sustaining the place given by Anami or even interested in burning it. Anami is not a puppet but Narottam is, he has suffered a lot of tortures, why - to do what Sudha asked him to do.

But you know what I liked about yesterday, it was Narottam stopping Adhiraj, the look on his face ⭐️
Now I don't think that it was for Anami, he did not loved vatsalya he has no strong reason to love Anami as well.
But what actually came out was Narrotam's innate self, the maniac look and that"Peeche hatt" .
Thanks to that scene I am certain that at one point of time he will rise against Sudha as well. But will be do that for Anami? I doubt that.
But Narottam is undoubtedly my favourite character, the right shade of grey, which we all know wont be able to take 100% assured decisions, he has to fight a lot of battles between his heart and his mind.

@manya the day Narotham shifts loyalties that day fortune of LM will change. Because LM also has to pay for what they did to Narotham. They have played a huge role in what he has become now.

Mudda haar ya jeet ka nahi hai, mudda yeh hai ki khel chalta rahe...

A very well worded post, Shruthi.

The inmates of LM have been trained and bred to behave in a way that reeks of class and status. And nothing that one says or does would change the fact that they are living an artificial and a totally apathetic life. So much so that while Narottam is an illegitimate child who hasnt been accepted in the family, they have all forgotten why he is there in the first place.

And to think that Baldev is his father is downright cringeworthy. The way he is treated is inhuman.

But amidst the deep dark clouds, Anami comes as a flash of lightening for Narottam who stands up for what she believes is right and we see the mighty fall, Satrupa finally relents and gives away the keys.

Now that Anami has the key, the motif to unravel the mysteries of the house, will we see her playing her own game and taming the untamed. Or will Satrupa whose allowing her to play the game eventually snatch away the reins of control from Anami's young, yet, sturdy hands.

A special mention to the scene of Anami and Narottam with Adhiraj. Narottam is leading the way for Anami and is out on a mission, but he has his priorities right and his head and heart in the right place. The man knows Anami is the one whose treating him like human, he wont lat any harm come her way. Akash Gill was fabulous in the scene.

Btw, as much as I like Ankit as Adhiraj, I think his role was a bit off today.

But nevertheless a good episode.

@Ecrivain yes Anami is the light. Satrupa I dont think can take the keys back, but Anami will have to go to her mother's fold for direction if she has to win the battle. As Gayatri said all said and done no one can really keep the hisab of what you have done for the mother. Whether it is the birth mother or the one who nurtured you. Both has taken the pain in their own way for you. Carrying a baby nine months in the womb and taking the pain to bring it to this world is no easy job. Anami one day will have to acknowledge that. Along with Panditayan, Satrupa is also her mother

Change is inevitable, it's the cycle of life. One can refuse to acknowledge it but one can't stop the change or the after effects of it. Fight it deny it but none can stop it.

Lal mahal and Vikram Aditya is facing this dilemma of the abrupt sudden changes knocking on the doors of tradition of comfortable rules and thought process. Self made rules that have been set up by him or his ancestors. Rules that have given him the freedom to do as he pleases without being questioned.

Changes signify a rebellion an effort to shift from the old.

Change in mentalities, change in dealing with relationships changes even in a small insignificant thing as sitting together as a family!!

Anami has come into the mahal that has been sleeping blissfully in the age old set regimes. No one has challenged it, anyone who rebelled was shown their place. Baldev the example of what happens to one who goes against the norms, cornered and alone wallowing in bitterness.

Anami grew up with the Pathaks who have brought her up in love and sense of right. Growing up she wasn't aware of her lineage or her real relationship with the Pathaks. She grew up, truth is never hidden she heard stories, pagli pandithayan wanted to keep her safe from hurt and changes she'll face with the knowledge of the truth but Murari Pathak knew and understood the principle of life that change is inevitable and truth can never be hidden.
He gives Anami the truth, a very big change in a little girl's life: knowing that your identity that you thought was yours is not the complete truth. A big change in her life but love and security the Pathaks provided her allowed her to embrace the changes life brought.

Anami will break and shake the fixed rules of the mahal. She'll question and ruffle their feathers. She's here to stay, for Vatsalya as of now but there'll come a time when she'll choose the mahal for her own sakes.
Anami let her Dadaji have his way once, she walked off with Narottam but very soon she'll come back with more power and conviction. Vikram Aditya will have to change rules, embrace the shift in circumstances and acknowledge that it's time there's a change!!

@dreamer Anami's nurture is her biggest strength. Panditayan nurtured her like a mother in the fold of love, but Murari Pathak not only loved her as a father, but also guided her as a mentor to face the truth, accept the truth and learn to move with it.
As Murari Pathak says Anami's choices are the test of their nurture and as she clears each test more than LM, Murari Pathak and Madhoo will shine through.
