Next morning, Ishra were sleeping cuddled in each other when the door bell rang. At first raman got up and checked his phone. It was six in the morning. He slept again thinking he must be imagining as Noone comes to his house at this time. But soon when the door bell start ringing again and again, he walked out of the room wearing his trouser and buttoning his shirt covering ishita properly with the quilt.
He opened the door yawning only to hear, surprise.
Raman got shocked and said -arey miku, tu, subah subah.
Mihika hugged Raman and said -haan jeeju, I came to surprise both of u. Disturb toh nahi kiya naa.
Raman -arey nahi, pagal hai kya, come in.
Mihika came in and asked -akka Kahan hai.
Raman -she is sleeping, wait main abhi jagaata hoon usse.
Mihika -ok main tab tak chai banati hoon, phir aaram se baat karenge. She said and went to kitchen while Raman went to wake up ishita.
Raman -jaan, get up.
Ishita -sone dijiye naa raman, I am sleepy .
Raman -arey kumbhkaran ki behen, miku aayi hai. Get up and wear ur clothes. He said making ishita got up at once .
Ishita -kya miku aayi hai. Aapne mujhe pehle kyun nahi jagaya.
Raman -toh ab kya kar raha hoon. Go and freshen up. He said and ishita went inside taking her clothes.
After ten minutes, mihika knocked the door and told them to come as tea is ready.
Ishra went out and ishita hugged mihika and said -itni subah subah, kaise aana hua.
Mihika made a face and said -why both of u r asking same question, can't I come to ur place.
Ishita -ofcourse u can. Achcha chal bata kaise aana hua.
Raman -let her breath, bata degi. He said and the trio sit to have tea.
They were sipping tea when mihika said -waise kaafi ice cream khaayi hai aap dono ne, pura kitchen mehak raha hai. She said casually making Ishra spill the tea.
Mihika looked at them and said -kya hua, aisa kya keh diya maine that both of u spilled the tea.
Raman -nothing, it's just, kuch nahi. U tell me, tera college nahi hai kya aaj.
Mihika -wahin toh, mera college bandh ho gaya,for three days.
Raman -kyun.
Mihika -arey woh dean ke bete ki death ho gayi in some accident,toh condolence ho gaya. So no college for three days aur phir jab Maine amma ko bataya that akka is back. She toh just too excited to meet her. Toh amma ne mujhe kaha ki main yahan aaun aur Aap dono ko ghar le kar chalun.so I am here.
Raman -ghar jaana, itne short notice mein. Mere back to back meetings hai aaj.
Mihika -kya jeeju, can't u adjust, akka ka bhi mann hoga amma appa se milne ka. Chaliye naa, akka boliye naa.
Ishita looked at Raman and said -please.
Raman looked at her and nodded saying OK.
Mihika -omg kya pyaar hai, meri pleadings kaam nahi aayi aur akka ka Ek please mein kaam ho gaya. That's not fair, mere buddhu ram ki bhi training dijiye naa adarsh pati banne ke.
Raman -chal hatt, ishita I just go and arrange everything while u pack our clothes for three days.
Ishita nodded happily while mihika said-amma ne kaha hai ki aap apni shaadi wali Saree bhi rakh lijiyega, varalakshmi ka vrat hai parson. Ur first varalakshmi vrat, u have to keep it for jeeju. She said making Ishra look at each other, they shared a serene eyelock and then Raman went to freshen up while mihika start teasing ishita saying how much raman loves her.
Soon Raman went to office and applied for his leave along with ishita. First the BODs were not ready to give him leave but then remembering their promise to ishita, they sanctioned his leave.
Raman got out and all his staff start saying that instead of taking them for outing, he is going alone. Raman promised them to give a huge party after coming back along with taking them for trip as compensation making them happy. All wished him and soon Raman was out of the office.
After three hours, Ishra and mihika was in airport waiting for their flight. Soon their flight was announced and they board the flight.
Within hours, they reached Chennai and then Ishita's village. Ishita's eyes got moist seeing her native while Raman just pressed her hand assuring he is with her. She hide herself in his arms and soon they reached her house.
Ishita got stunned seeing a beautiful house in place of their old house. She was admiring the house while Mihika went inside running to inform her parent about ishra arrival while ishita was still shocked seeing the house. It was looking like built recently and far more beautiful then before. She was looking around when amma came with aarti thaal smiling. Appa was behind her.
Ishita got happy and emotional seeing her parent after long. Her eyes got moist while amma did their aarti and put tika on their foreheads.
Raman bend to touch her feet when she hugged Raman and pecked his temple and said-mera kanna aa gaya, kaise ho raman.
Raman nodded and said -achcha hoon, Aap kaisi ho amma.
Amma -tum aa gaye naa,ab bahut achchi hoon. She said and then Raman met appa. He too hugged Raman tight while ishita was just admiring her husband. She was feeling very proud of raman.
She went closer and said -amma.
Amma turned to her and hugged her too tight. Ishita start crying feeling her amma's warmth when appa said-arey kanna, why u r crying. Yeh toh khushi ka mauka hai. U came home after such long time, come inside, u must be tired. He said and hugged ishita tight. Ishita too snuggle into her father and all went inside happily.
