I think what Naina found out was too personal for her to share with Meghna directly. It was a secret that a wife had kept from her husband. NK did not deserve to hear this from a stranger or even his bahu. Meghna feels betrayed because her husband has been shaken at the roots and Naina had known about it. Meghna understands NKs reaction but is aching for Kunal. So she is seeing wrong in whatever Naina does. She is temporarily blinded by pain.
Naina is playing it carefully. She aches for Meghna and Kunal but is accommodating NK to keep some peace at home.
