Competition is between Amir and Salman of course. While Amir, with very few releases, ensures to beat all releases and becomes HG, Salman has the advantage of doing 2/3 movies a year and still earning 100+ cr. for every movie which shows the command he has on audience. 😎

The third Khan with his list of 'niche' movies, have gone quite 'neeche' beyond Akki, Varun etc. 😆

SRK is unfortunately stuck at niche'...

Its Aamir all the way- be it the quality or the quantity! Also he is the only superstar actor today who knows his script and isn't scared of breaking the acting barriers...

It's not a phase when an actor consistently releases hit movies since 2006.. and since 2008.. consistently delivering the biggest hit of the year..

Phases are generally 3 to 5 years max.. which srk had from 1997 to 2001..

None of them because none has the ruling power of real superstar. Ask Amitabh or Rajesh Khanna fans how the superstars rule. I hardly see that kind of excitement except on forum like this one

Salman would be nearest simply because his fans are the loudest and do seem to try and watch any movie he is in. Aamir (whose fan I am) needs good script. Otherwise forget about audience, even the fans desert him. SRK like Tom Cruise has lost his way to hearts in India but he is still NRI favorite. Akshay (my another favorite) is new aspirant. Whether he will be able to sustain any kind of momentum- that is a question based on how many actually liked TEPK and how many felt it was hype that brought them to theater.

The real question is who among SSR, Ranveer and Varun will take over the decade? Like it or not they are the future. 😊
