I watched him in his barfi movie. wat an actor it dnt matter wat he looks like he is amazing I am looking forward to the movie

Why did Aishwarya Rai not want to star opposite Madahvan? Heard she created problems for casting.

Madhavan was considered for a different role, the role of the manager to her (she plays a popstar). And he is also in the film (going by his tweet).

Rajkumar was cast in the role of the romantic interest, for which Vicky Kaushal was also considered.

I hope this does not become gender thing, my opinion he looks to young. In fact Madhavan would have been a better option to cast opposite Aish.

I know it's probably not a big deal, but it's so refreshing to see Aishwarya paired opposite guys a decade younger than her: Ranbir in ADHM, Ankur Bhatia in Sarbjit and now Rajkumar Rao in Fanney Khan.

We have always been used to the male actors being much older. And even a miniscule gap between male and female actors when the latter is older is highlighted and made into a big issue. Someone had to alter the norms and glad to see Aishwarya spearheading the change.

The thing is I do not like to see such men in 40's paired with younger girls either.

Aish is not the 1st actress to paired with younger guys, this has been done before as well. I believe Madhuri & Sridevi both have acted with guys younger then them.

Omg omg...Rajkumar Rao is my current fav n Ash is my all tym fav...both coming together for a movie...i am super excited.

On the other hand I am bit disappointed as well as I won't be getting maddy-ash pairing then..hope soon I get to see them on-screen as well.

Even then Aishwarya Rai gets to play a older woman and not an young girl unlike Bollywood men who at 50 play 20.The issue is still there.
