Raman -she is my friend, main laaya hoon isse, leave her, u tell me answer of the question I asked.

Mr bhalla -why u r asking such a question puttar ,arent u happy with ur job and salary.

Raman -job, mujhe toh koi job di hi nahi aapne, bas cheque de diya and like an idiot I was believing that I earned it, but usse earn karne ke liye maine kuch bhi nahi kiya ,I am not even following the rules and regulations levied by u on ur employees. Mr bhalla -coz u r my son and u wanted to earn.

Mr bhalla look at him, he was asking making a very serious face.

Raman -but still, u told me that, u gave me this job only because of my relationship with u, not because of my qualifications. So I don't want this job. u give me another job. Joh meri qualification ke laayak ho. he said making mr bhalla confuse.

Mr bhalla -ok I will give u some job, but I am not understanding why u want to work puttar. Tumhe paise ki zarurat hai. Tell me how much u want ,I will give u.

Raman -no papa, I don't want money. I want to earn money. Aap mujhe job denge ki main kahin aur dhoondhoo. He said with an angry pout.

Raman nodded and said -ok I will do. Then he look at ishita and said-now u r happy naa.

Ishita nodded and looked down smiling while Mr bhalla looked at them and realised how and why his son is changing.

Ishra looked at Mr bhalla and raman asked -u have to go to college, then how u will work full eight hours.

Raman -huh, phir kya hoga. Ab main kaise kaam karunga, aur jaise paise kamaunga.

Mr bhalla -i have an idea, but only u have to take help of any of ur friend.

Raman -help, kaisi help and how can my friend help in it.

Mr bhalla -agar tumhara koi dost tumhare saath work karen toh u have to work only four hours.

Ishra look at each other all confused when Mr bhalla said-both -ok let me tell u more clearly, see ur college is from nine to three, if u came here after three, u will reach here at four, toh agar tumhara koi friend tumhare saath kaam karne ko ready ho jaaye toh both of u can work here till,eight from four. Toh tum dono ke mila kar eight hours ho jayenge and I will pay twenty thousand combined to u too.

Raman looked at him with confused eyes and said-aur agar main akele kaam karun toh only four hours.

Mr bhalla -but raman I think this is a good idea, if she will work with u, she can teach u also. I will pay extra money to her for teaching u. Isse tumhari padhayi bhi ho jayegi aur ishita ko income bhi ho jayegi.

Raman start thinking about it hearing his father's words, when ishita said-no sir, I don't need money to teach raman. He is so good and my good friend too, I will not take anything for teaching him. But yes I will help him in studying. She said looking down making mr bhalla smile while Raman smiled widely hearing his praise from her. Raman nodded happily.

Mr bhalla -so problem sorted, from tomorrow u will have to join. I am calling my secretary, he will take u to the department head, he will give appointment letter to u two along with ur half month salary, means five thousand each.

Ishita -no sir, we can't take this before our job. I means I can't take this.

Mr bhalla -actually raman is very stubborn. U know, Raman is our fourth child, we got it after much problem. My wife suffered three continuous miscarriage and finally after many puja and mannat, we got him. We were so happy and start showering our love on him and in this process we never realised that we r making him stubborn.raman bahut ziddi hai, agar usse kuch chahiye toh chahiye, phir woh kisi ki nahi sunta.ek baar bachpan, he wanted an toy aeroplane and I don't want to give it to him coz it was very dangerous. Toh woh gusse mein terrace se khud gaya tha.

Ishita -what?? She asked in horror.

Mr bhalla -yes, we were so scared. We have almost lost him, uski maa toh Ek dum paagal jaisi ho gayi thi. Anyhow he was saved but after that day we stop denying him for anything. Woh kuch bhi maangta,we just give him. I know this is wrong but we can't afford to loose him. Hume uska party Karna, sharab peena, padhai nahi Karna Sab manzur hai, but we can't afford to loose him. That's why we have fulfilled all his wishes, kept him safe from the harsh realities of life. He is grown up, but deep inside, he is like a baby only, jisse nahi Pata duniya kaise chalti hai. Duniya ke log kaise jeete hai. He is like Siddhartha, jisse abhi jeevan ki sachchai nahi pata,he is yet to become gautam buddha. U know I always wanted to pin point his mistakes but his mother never let me do this scared of loosing him. But now, he himself want to change and it's because of u, so I want u to be with him in this way. I could have offered u money for this but I know u r not one of those, who will take any money from me. So it's my sincere request to u, that u please be with him and make him a good person. We can't loose our only son but I want to make him a better person and I know only u can help him. So please be with him. He said folding his hands.

Ishita was amazed by the love he has for his son, that even being such a big shot,he is standing folding his hands in front of a girl, who is nothing infront of him.

She hold his hand and said -aap please yeh mat kijiye sir. I will surely help him and will be with him to be a better person. If u have shown so much trust in me, that u r giving me ur only treasure then I will also take care of him with all my heart and soul. She said smiling making mr bhalla smile too.
