Even though he was linked with Katrina and Iulia, it seemed like he was just passing time with them. He did not seem serious. I didn't see the passionate lover that Salman was before. What happened?

Yeah, I don't think he was serious about Kat/Iulia - he cheated on both of them constantly

And he dated Elli AvRam for a short time too.

I dont think so. Yes he seemed like time-passing with Kattu and let's not go into Iulia 😆 it wasn't even passing time.

Kattu would have faced similar wrath/trouble from Salman when she went ahead with Ranbir if Salman was even 10% serious with her as he was with Aish. Neither would Bhai be so easy-forgiving with Kattu and facilitating her in re-establishing herself in the industry after her breakup with Bira.

Aish was probably the first and last serious relationship he ever had, at least from his side. Wish he had found a better non-opportunist woman as well as undergone classes for over-possessiveness and anger management. 🤔

and he only loved ash for her beauty. he wanted to walk around with the most beautiful woman, more like show off, that's all, that's why he never took the relationship seriously, was abusing her constantly.

only if he had not mentally, physically abused her, they would be married today with kids.

Katrina and others are just to show the world that I have a woman in life. imagine he got back with kat even after she took off with ranbir.

Sangeeta Bijlani will always be his 'True love'. She was pretty much his wife before she dumped him for the deshdrohi 'Azharuddin'. Of course he cheated on her left, right and center too. But I don't think its possible for him to be loyal but from what I can gather from public information, he was madly in love with her, more than any other woman.
