Finally watched it. It was brilliant. Full marks. I ignored most of the the EVABH parts but that woman in yellow is scary...(from the bgm I think her name is Sindoora) She makes Revati look like a pussy cat.
Can Yukti dance or what? Can't say the same about Ankit but you can't fault him for enthusiasm.
Loved that teaching to shoot scene and how happy was Toerag when Vishu scared Ragini into his arms. đł.
The face off between Ragini and Shekar was more of a competition to see whose cajones are bigger than whose and let's just say you might need a microscope to see Shekar's. Loved Toerag's in your face gesture he made to Shekar when Ragini was wiping the floor with him. Such a proud hubby.
Isn't the relationship between Vishu and Ragini really really sweet? They have a great devar /bhabhi relationship almost from the outset.
I found it so funny how, when the fight started, Ragini's first instinct was to push her Misterji to safety behind her, an exact mirroring of what Ranveer was doing to Simran and a scene oft depicted in serialworld but with the man in front. How Toerag wound up hitting his head on the wall is because either the girl doesn't know her own strength or he is a lightweight.đ
Now the fight. đ It was so well choreographed, all round brilliance. Didn't like that (unlike her) not even once did they let Toerag save Ragini or allow him to show some anger towards the goons who were threatening his wife. That incident where Ranveer caught the stick aimed at Ragini should have been Toerag's. I fear that Ragini is gonna hold it as a grudge against Toerag in the future more so after he saved from and then fought with the goons attacking Shristi.
At last Ragini got the better of her Misterji. He has been using her parents and in this instance public support to volunteer her for things she didn't wanna do and this time she turned the tables and it was him who was embarrassed. Talking about her dancing to that song here.
Yukti has been an absolute revelation. What can't she do? She can act, she can dance all that's left now is for her to sing and she will be the complete package. Superwoman in a saree.
Really looking forward to Monday now.
