I love both, but from the point of view as a critique, part one was better.

2nd part is more cute n 1st part is more emotional .I remember my dad who is a doctor was pissed off after watching first part n he was adamant that at the end of the day medicine n treatment works n u can't risk your patient's life n glorify cheat karke medical xm pass karna. I guess it came off badly to him.I liked it though minus some parts. But the philosophy of 2nd part is more relevant in today's time cz there's so much violence n hatred around
