The budget of the film was approximately 105 crore, when you include both cost of production and prints/publicity. Usually in such cases, the producers are safe as they gather revenue from non-theatrical support as well. However, the distributors will stand to lose huge money, the extent of which I am uncertain of. Ranbir did say he would compensate the distributors if they lost money, remains to be seen if he does so...

Bobby - Disney distributed movie , so who will they compensate? I think 105 is exaggerated number as RK didn't take his fee for the movie.

I think it would be the exhibitors that would be compensated. I also came across a recent article that mentioned that Ranbir said he would compensate distributors if he made money on the film, as he apparently didn't take a fee and would've just shared profits that the film made. That didn't happen, so perhaps he won't be compensating anyone.

The budget probably did reach over the 100 crore mark, looking at the visuals/production and constant re-shoots.

Jagga Jasoos had huge growth of around 75% on its second Saturday which was expected as it main audience of kids and families in metros come out on the Saturday. The pattern of last week is created again and the growth is even higher as its doing much lower numbers now.

This hardly changes anything for the film as it has been totally rejected by the core audience. The second weekend will go to around 5.50-5.75 crore nett but lifetime business is likely to close below the 55 crore nett mark. The business of Jagga Jasoos till date is as follows.
