Cinema capture a city a more vibrantly which has its own character. Thats why din and bustle of Mumbai and Kolkata comes soo alive on screen...
I loved rajasthan whenever it came up in movies for e.g. YJHD, Sarfarosh and primarily in Sonar Kella and Gupi Gayen Bagha Bayen by Satyajit Ray..
Some places which i want to see more would be kutch Gujrat, It was there in Highway but yeh dil mange more..There are some old movies which captured lucknow but I want to see more of it specially the haunted mysterious bhool bhulaiya. Coming to haunted my wishlist is long - foremost is bhangarh fort in Rajasthan.
In terms of scenic I am totally for the majesty of Himalaya...There are soo many places some completely unexplored..From the barrens of North Sikkim to the beauty of Munsiyari, from Valley of Flowers to Tawang valley..from Rudra Prayag to Kargil from dangerous roads of kalpa to my ultimate dream destination chandratal lake..Gosh I love himalayas and certainly up for a road trip or thriller movie based in Himalayas
