Salman Khan plays villain for Ranbir Kapoor's Sanjay Dutt biopic read details

Ranbir Kapoors Sanjay Dutt biopic has been in news since its inception. The film is eagerly awaited and even a minute news about it goes viral. This film shoot kickstarted in January 2017 and it was reported that the film will see a December 2017 release. Sometime later, Tiger Zinda Hai starring Salman Khan too was announced for the same date. Later, it was reported that, Sanjay Dutt biopic was pushed to March 2018. But here is another twist in the tale. After averting a clash with Salman Khan on Christmas 2017, Ranbir Kapoor is all set to clash with Salman Khan, this time on Eid 2018. According to a report by The New Indian Express, the Rajkumar Hirani directorial might now clash with Salman Khan's Remo D'Souza directorial dance film.

While Eid usually belongs to Salman Khan, this year it didn't turn out to be a blockbuster, courtesy the under performance of Tubelight, may be that's what motivated the makers to take on Salman Khan at the box office during Eid next year. While it's still a report the official announcement is yet to be made, so we'll know the real picture then. Talking about the Sanjay Dutt biopic, Ranbir Kapoor recently quipped on AIB podcast that if Sanjay Dutt biopic fails, he'll definitely be seen doing web series. Recently when Ranbir was asked about film clashes, he said, "Any film that clashes losses business. But at the same time I think irrespective of the clash audience will come to watch a film. Sanjay Dutt biopic, stars Ranbir Kapoor in the titular role. The film also stars Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal and Manisha Koirala among others.
