Turning back she questioned "It's still not proved that I didn't steal the IRIS papers. What's the difference between then and now that caused this change in your attitude towards me?"
Bridging the gap between them he answered cupping her face "Even if I didn't had any proof I knew that it wasn't you in that vedio. I went to talk to you but then you were saying someone that you love him.. after I recovered from that shock I found you leaving the office. I followed you and reached the mall where I saw you kissing Surya.
I know that there's some mistake.. I don't know how I saw that.. maybe a perfect coincidence to destroy me. I connected all the events forming a theory of my own... that you... like Surya. I don't know how my mind believed that.. but trust me my heart never doubted you even for a second. It's voice was just lost amidst everything.
And then when you told me that he is your brother, I knew I was wrong. I committed a sin by thinking that you cheated on me. I knew you were innocent. IRIS thing never mattered Jodha. Money will be the last thing to doubt you upon. It was just the feeling of seeing you with someone else that made me push myself away from you. I thought it would lessen the pain.. but exactly opposite happened. It intensified the pain thousand times.
I hope you got answers. I know that I can't change what's already done. But I will definitely reconcile for my misdeeds. I just need one last chance."
As soon as he was done, his lips were mercilessly crushed beneath hers. His eyes widened in shock. Before he could react or reciprocate the much awaited kiss, she scooted away and winked "I hope you got your answers."
She turned back in a hurry to flee but the bewitched man was in no mood to let her go. Her hand was clutched in his' and she was swiftly pulled back towards him resulting in a crash of their bodies. His hands found their way towards her bare waist inside the saree making her gasp with the contact. No sooner his hands settled there, he received a smack.. and it was his chance to gasp.
"You aren't forgiven yet Mister." Jodha tipped her head high coming out of his clutches.
"What... But you just said that.. I mean.. you kissed me.. and" he tried reasoning.
"I only gave you a chance. I won't forgive you so easily." She chuckled but the emotions behind her eyes wasn't hidden from Jalal. She needs healing. He knew it. And he will do it.
"That's okay with me. It's quite late. Go change and come.. we have to sleep. And I get to sleep hugging you tonight." Jalal pushed her towards washroom making her giggle at his antics.

He entered home to be welcomed by Hamida and Nimmi experimenting some dishes in the kitchen. His eyes looked for the recent addition in his family.
"Bhabhi came back from the office 15 minutes ago. She must be upstairs." Nimmi extended her cooperation.
"No one asked for your free advice. I was just pitting the kitchen to be left in your hands." He smirked and went upstairs to meet his wifey.
Clad in pink anarkali with an enraged frown, she appeared cute. He gazed at her annoyed form. Last night when she willingly slide into his arms seeking comfort he felt the haven return. He assumed it to be some work related tension.
She ignored his presence and walked towards the door to be blocked by Jalal.
"Jalal let me go.. ammijaan is waiting for me." Jodha tried getting out of his grip.
"Okay fine. But... On one condition" he looked at her pointedly.
"What?" she asked raising an eyebrow.
He raised his right hand to her eye level bringing her attention towards it and then slowly tapped his first finger on his lips.
"No.. am not doing that" she hissed.
"Fine then" he shrugged locking the door and sat on the bed calmly with the keys in his hand.
Jodha's eyes threw daggers at the unconcerned man. 'Okay Mister.. I promise you will regret it.' she thought and walked towards him.
"What happened? Changed your mind?" Jalal asked with a teasing smirk.
To his surprise Jodha pounced on him like a hungry tigress. The unexpected lurch made Jalal loose his balance and fall on the bed along with Jodha on top of him. His hands were captured in his tigress's claws and lips were soon rewarded with a fierce kiss. This time he took full advantage of the situation. Deepening the kiss he lifted his body up to capture more portion of her sweet mouth when his body was pressed down with hers.
Her curves flattened upon his well built chest.. she moved slowly above him causing each and every part of his body to be massaged by hers. Fire kindled in his whole body burning him with passion, desire, want and need.
And the next moment he found her standing up straight panting heavily. He never realised when she broke the kiss and got up. Getting up from the bed he stepped towards her with an urge to finish what she began. His eyes darker than sin.
"You got your kiss. Now... Am going" Jodha smirked showing him the keys which was now with her.
It took a moment for Jalal to realise what she meant. "You can't do this."
"I can.. and I just did." Next moment she was gone.
He blinked astonished. After a quick tour to gym to burn off excess energy and a bath to look decent, he made his way downstairs for dinner.
"Bhai are you okay" Nimmi's voice brought him out of his thoughts.
"Hmm yeah" he murmured.
"You were very happy when you came." She prodded again.
"I am fine Nimmi." His stern reply clearly ordered Nimmi to shut up.
Yeah... he was actually very happy. He had a hope.. hope that everything was getting better between them. But situation was exactly opposite now. He didn't knew what got into his wife but he knew that whatever it is.. it won't do any good for them.
After a silent dinner the couple retreated to their room. As soon as the gate was shut, Jalal spoke up in a dangerously cold tone "Jodha.. if that was a punishment for what I did to you before our wedding, I have no qualms about it. But I feel that it was anything but that. And if it is some kind of prank I don't like it."
"It wasn't meant to be liked by you." Jodha said in equally threatening tone which clearly indicated Jalal that something was really wrong.
"What's going on Jodha?" His tone sobered up and his tensed body cooled down.
"Nothing" she ignored his presence.
"Please tell me." He cupped her face making her look into his eyes.
"Don't you dare touch me Jalal. I can tolerate anything but not infidelity." She gave him a murderous glance jerking his hand off.
"Infidelity.. you mean.. I.. I cheated on you???" Jalal gasped shocked.
"Yes, that is exactly what I mean. And if you like THAT bit*h, stay away from me." Jodha fumed.
"Who are you talking about?" He asked glaring at her which made Jodha doubt her own eyes for a moment. But then that feeling existed just for a moment. She closed her eyes to control her rage but it only resulted in the scene replaying in her mind.

Jodha stood outside Jalal's cabin and gulped in air with nervousness. All over again she was feeling those butterflies in her stomach like she used to feel when they were together.
Opening the gate without making any noise, she peeped in. Her mind paralysed in shock. Her heart refused to believe the sight her eyes just captured. Even if God himself would have descended on earth and said her that Jalal was cheating on her, she wouldn't have believed. But here he was, embracing his PA Ruqaiya. She could see his eyes lingering on her cleavage which was very well displayed by her unbuttoned shirt.
Her mind instantly formed hundreds of questions. "Is this the reason he hadn't made our wedding official yet?" "Is this the reason he didn't wanted me to visit him in his office when I offered him help to find the culprit?" "Is this the reason he got angry when I questioned about Ruqaiya having access to his office?" It went on and on and on will her mind gave up and she did the next thing that her subconscious ordered. She left.

"Jodha..." She felt Jalal shaking her shoulders.
"Please. Don't do this. Leave me alone." She jerked off his hand.
"I won't let you leave until and unless you tell me all about it." Jalal stood determined.
"I happened to drop by your office to surprise you, I got a shock instead." She whispered looking directly into his eyes.
"Oh!! What all did you see?" Jalal questioned flatly.
"Seriously??" Darting him a disgusting look she turned her face away from him.
"Yes. Jodha. I am serious." He emphasised on each and every word.
"Please Jalal, don't do this to me." She sighed.
Before she realised, she was in his embrace. His hands traced the junction between her top and jeans, and slowly found its way inside her top. His lips doing its job on her ears, making her forget everything but him. She moaned lost in her own world.
"What amount did Infosys fill in the tender, Jodha?" He whispered placing feather kisses on her jaw.
"55 crore" she responded and his fondling seized.
Jalal tilted his head and looked pointedly at Jodha which is when she realised what she just blurred out.
"You were not supposed to know that." She fumed.
"This is exactly what I was doing in my office. I suspected Ruqaiya. But I knew when it comes to keeping secrets, she is a tough nut. And I didn't had any proofs against her. All I had was a theory. So I opted to make her confess by hook or by crook."
"Kissing her and romancing with her was your 'crook'. Ahha?"
"Jodha believe me. Please. I would never ever look at any woman than you in that sense."
"But exceptions are always there." She added sarcastically.
"I didn't even kiss her."
"Oh really? You mean I am lying?"
"I was just standing close to her. I admit, not with a decent distance in between. But I swear my hands didn't go any further than her hands, and my lips didn't even made even slightest of contact with her skin. Okay, you yourself tell me, did you really see me kissing her or anything of that sort?"
"Let's say for once, that hypothetically I believe all the rubbish you said. So, just like you defined your restrictions of hands and lips, why don't you tell me about the places your eyes feasted upon."
"What do you mean Jodha?" He stood shocked.
"Tell me that you weren't savouring over all her body with your eyes. I didn't SEE you kissing her or anything of that sort. But I did SEE your intentions that was proudly displayed by your eyes." Her nose was tinted red with hurt and anger.
"Then why don't you once try reading my eyes now?" He asked softly.
She looked into his eyes just to rebuke again but words deceived her. Not able to come up with some sarcastic or angry remarks, she opted to ask a logical question. "So, what did you ask her?"
